Here at Harpenden Leisure Centre, we’re dedicated to helping the whole community enjoy getting active. Our 100-station gym is second-to-none, while our swimming pools offer lane swimming, swimming lessons and casual sessions too. We also have a variety of group exercise classes to suit everyone, a sports hall, sauna and steam room, creche and a café for refreshments too.
We’ve got three group exercise studios here at Harpenden, including a designated group cycling studio. Here, we run around 40 classes each week designed to suit everyone.
FORTIS is a fantastic new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that’s perfect for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Our 100+ station gym is second-to-none. Whether you prefer a lung-busting cardio workout, lifting weights, doing functional exercises or a combination of all four, there’s something here for you.
Here at Harpenden Leisure Centre, we have two pools – a 25m main pool and a smaller teaching pool.
