Frogmore Leisure Centre has all the facilities to help keep you and your family healthy, active and happy. Our gym is packed with state-of-the-art equipment and will help you achieve your fitness goals – whatever they may be. Meanwhile, you can also enjoy our outdoor astroturf football pitch that hosts five-a-side leagues and can be hired on an individual basis too and our sports hall hosts a huge range of activities, including badminton, table tennis and basketball. Elsewhere, you can also enjoy hot yoga sessions in our dedicated studio, while child care isn’t an issue, thanks to our creche facilities.
Frogmore’s state-of-the-art, full-size 3G pitch can be hired at evenings and weekends. You can use it for hockey or football and it can be split into quarters or hire it as a whole. There’s also a standing area for spectator and five-a-side leagues are available.
A recent £1.8 million refurbishment has seen our existing gym extended and includes brand-new state-of-the-art gym kit installed, meaning all your fitness needs will be met. We also have a dedicated team on hand to help you get the most from your workout.
We offer a huge range of group fitness classes throughout the week that are sure to meet your needs. Whether you’re after a relaxing Yoga or Pilates session, or a more intense workout such as Bodypump, HIIT and Bodycombat, we’ve got you covered.
