Located in the heart of Spinningfields near Deansgate, Fogo de Chão Manchester (formerly Fazenda) is a Brazilian Steakhouse in Manchester city centre, carrying forward a heritage that began in Southern Brazil in 1979. It brings an authentic Churrasco Experience to the city, served rodizio-style: a continuous selection of exquisitely grilled cuts, cooked to your preference and carved at your table, including succulent steak, lamb and more.

At the heart of the restaurant, an open grill takes centre stage, framed by dry-aged meat fridges and wrapped by the bountiful Market Table, so guests can watch gaúcho chefs prepare and cook every cut in full view. Fogo features continuous tableside service, full of energy and theatre - skewer after skewer of expertly seasoned meats, carved right at the table and famed for that craveable salty bark. Alongside it, a seasonal Market Table of vibrant salads, fresh vegetables and Brazilian-inspired dishes rounds out the experience, true to the generous spirit of South American hospitality.

Beyond the main dining room, Bar Fogo offers a more relaxed setting for cocktails, South American wines and lighter dining - ideal for after-work drinks, informal gatherings, or the start and finish to your visit. Just beside it, the light-filled Laçador Room extends the restaurant itself, equally suited to dining or private events.

The restaurant also offers three private dining rooms for corporate events, celebrations, and exclusive group occasions.

Happy Hour runs daily from 3–7pm at Bar Fogo and the restaurant, featuring a selection of beers, South American wines and Brazilian-inspired cocktails, with the Bar Fogo food menu available exclusively in the bar.
