In need of a new battery for my car. Although ordered the wrong one on line, not realising it required an AGM Battery suitable for Stop Start. After contacting Euro Parts, relayed to adviser the issue. 1st adviser suggested i go back on line. which I did, although wanting to make double sure I purchased the right Battery & a good quality Battery that was also with a 3yr guarantee. I contacted Euro Parts again. Cathy simply cancelled the ordered, informed me of what was in stock & offered a very fair price. This lady ticked all the boxes. Arrived at store to collect, Cathy had made the shop assistant aware on the till, of my name & order no. Despite hiccup of another assistant bringing me out a battery double the size & weight of what would fit my Mini One. Thankfully problem was soon resolved, the battery I required & ordered for my car was soon found. Many thanks to Cathy Prayle who went above & beyond to secure a great price & provided a great customer service. Also many thanks to Alfie & Ashley who also provided great customer support.
