Emerald Carpets & Beds

My parents had their whole 4 bedroom house carpeted by Emerald. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and we would wholeheartedly recommend them. We visited a few carpet shops and Emerald were without a doubt the most professional, helpful and not at all pushy. We first met Warren and his dad Paddy who were so friendly, answered all of our questions, provided us with samples to take home and provided excellent advice. We then dealt mainly with Chris who came out, measured up and we ordered. Well, what can we say, Chris is one of the friendliest, most reliable and trustworthy people we've met. He was just fantastic throughout. Andy fitted the carpets and he did a perfect job. He was very hard working, friendly and his workmanship is brilliant. The carpets look lovely and I would never go anywhere else in the future. Thank you so much to the full team. We couldn't be happier. Marisia Williams and family
