would like to know how people that work 7am to 1pm Mon to Sat can possibly collect any post or items from craven st collecting office when opening hours are 7-30 am til 12 noon when I ask for re delivery still don't get it as I'm not when they have tried to deliver as it is in the morning can't win one fed up customer
