Extremely helpful staff. I had a particularly difficult problem with my existing subfloor. None of the bigger chains were willing to offer any sort of decent advice. Dan and his team were able to identify and fix the subfloor to allow me to get all new carpets without having to listen to the creaky floorboards ! Thank you so much Dan and the team!!
