The dedicated group exercise and group cycling studios at Danes Camp Leisure Centre boast a huge array of classes for everyone to enjoy. From slower, more relaxing sessions such as yoga and Pilates, to lung-busting Les Mills BODYPUMP classes, there’s something for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
The swimming pool at Danes Camp is the centre’s main event. It’s here that they host a packed programme of swim sessions throughout the week, including Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons for children and adults. Meanwhile, it also boasts a fantastic flume and water features that promises fun for all the family!
Swimming lessons start for children as young as 4 months old and are available for all ages, with students working towards badges and certificates, collecting them at each stage. The swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified.
You can wind down and begin your recovery after a tough workout (or just a tough week at work) in the on-site sauna and steam room. Guaranteed to help you on your way to a calmer mindset and a more relaxed body.
