After a disastrous day yesterday ,when I was not even permitted to make a phone call at your shop by the manager, to inform my wife that I was very late !!!!!!
I returned ,very reluctantly ,to sort out further issues in relation to my lost contacts etc etc on my original phone.I have to say the young guy" Kia" on duty was excellent and rescued the situation from your companies
reputation, ( I am 87 years young and invalid )but no consideration was given by the Manager yesterday.
Kia rescued your reputation and succeeded, where he recovered all that was lost by the previous team yesterday and made a sale to me. today. Werner
