The staff are keen to make the sale. There is no cool off period even if you contact them within hours of purchase. If you feel pushed to purchasing, you cannot get a refund even if they have made a verbal contract with you regarding what they will do after the sale to assist and "speed is not of the essence" to quote the contract. Emails not responded to. The shop have no after sales service - it is a sales service only. Central office Customer Care are as helpful as they can be, but are powerless to do anything as they have to pass everything back to the store. The sales staff say they are not authorised to deal with anything once the money is taken and the contract signed. Therefore, if you have a problem, there is no one to turn to. I have been to other CarpetRight stores more local to me & given justified good reviews on quite a few occasions so disappointed with this branch.

My advice is that if you do use this store, ask them to put anything they say in writing before you sign the contract and if you are at all unsure of the purchase, then walk out of the store (there are 2 more carpet stores within a short walking distance), as there is no returns, no refunds, no after sales service and no change that can be made - even if the company has made an error.
