Born out of a dissatisfaction with the current methods used to treat those in pain, Cardiff Pain & Performance offers a powerful and innovative approach to pain relief.
As trained Osteopaths and Chiropractors, we found that there was a percentage of patients whereby there was no explanation for why they would not improve.
We are proud to work very differently to conventional methods, and are often told by patients that “it's magic”. Instead of traditional methods such as massage and manipulation (which you may have already tried) we use neurological techniques to assess and find out why your Nervous System is creating pain in your body (not just rubbing the bit that hurts).
