Very poor after sales service, email/phone contact was rude. I had to get a 3rd party in to repair damage Britrem created, Britrem also sent me a threatening letter.
The contract stated that I was to re-install the plug socket once plastering was complete. This would have been fine, except that their plastering left the back box too low for the wiring to reach, thus it was actually impossible to reinstall without removal of the Britrem plastering above the socket, and also chipping away at hard brick, because the plaster depth was insufficient.
I understand mistakes are made, however I did not appreciate the nasty attitude on the phone (when I initially called for help) and also the way that Britrem jumped straight to threatening legal action when I explained that I've had to spend £50 on a third party to fix the problem. They demanded I must pay immediately in full or face legal action, not open to discussion whatsoever. AVOID.
