Brighton & Hove's best Outdoor Fitness Classes!
The Instructors are experts in delivering varied, tough but fun fitness classes for all abilities in a friendly atmosphere with lots of motivation and technique instruction.
Our members are aged between 18 and 65, both male and female . Some are new to exercise while others turn up to get worked hard! Everyone gets support and encouragement in a positive environment that keeps them coming back for more.
The classes are for all abilities with 2 different categories: Low intensity (Yellow) and High intensity (Green).
