I build confidence within a supportive environment for those who have never lifted a dumbbell before and bring a fresh approach and accountability for experienced gym goers. My home gym studio offers a comfortable environment and the flexibility to bring children with you if required. My goal is to help fitness and weight lifting become a part of your life, supporting you in a way which makes it slot into your current lifestyle. I don't believe in fad diets or demonsing food groups. All my clients are encouraged to eat everything in moderation, yes you can have carbs, and yes you can drink alcohol.
