I would be very wary of this company. I called the company and asked for a specific quote (as I had no access to the internet), and was quoted £49 for a job. To my dismay when the locksmith arrived i was told the job would be £276

When i called back 'Julie' (I'm sure this is a fake name she gave me) to dispute this she was extremely rude to me on the phone, would not allow me to speak to management, and gave me a false email address to complain too.

She failed to even acknowledge the fact the locksmith arrived quite a bit later than the 30minutes they quote on line. Would not recommend this company at all vastly because of misinformation, and lack of customer service from 'Julie'

David arrived to my apartment within 20 minutes of being dispatched. He worked on my door for several hours and was incredibly professional. The lock was not your typical lock and David had to try several different approaches to get it open. He was always polite and accommodating and never got frustrated. He utilized outside resources as necessary to get the job done. His primary concern was getting me and my puppy into our home and frequently kept me informed as to what was going on. He made bearable what otherwise could have been a miserable experience. I cannot thank or say enough great things about David.

Upstanding and professional business. I’ve used them a few times now and have always had pleasant and quick experiences. Whenever I call now I specifically ask if I can get Daniel. Daniel is always on time and there as soon as he can be and always greets me with a smile. He is diligent in his work and if you’re in a rush he can be extremely quick as well. Daniel is also just pleasant to be around and even if just for a brief moment I always enjoy spending time with him. If the rest of the employees here are as hardworking and caring as Daniel is then I’m sure this is the only locksmith business you’ll ever need.
