I do like the description of the target demographic - Young Mans Lifestyle Sector

So the days of the smutty lads mag are numbered as the internet matures and so it seems are young chaps who prefer the likes of GQ, Esquire and hair gel. Apparently sales have plummeted by 70% over the last 8 years.

I suspect it will be marked as a victory for equality, sexism and removing adult content from shop shelves.

But it always reminded me of a classic carry on film, iconically British slapstick comedy smut, not PC, but fairly harmless

Can't say that I've ever read these types of mags, so I can't say I'll miss them.....

Thanks,
Barney

I would have thought they had a good market. Shows how little I know. I suppose if you want soft or hard porn, or anything else, with smartphones so readily available, you can get everything online without having to pay for it.

Thats an excellent point Ryan.

I can imagine that there is still a need for hard copy papers/magazines when you cant access your phone/tablet but the demand must be down catastrophically, how long before we see the collapse of a mainstream paper?

What's classed as a young man?
