Hello, my name is Simon and my company is Magna Dry Southern. We have been established for more than 30 years and are based in West Sussex. We currently have customers in West and East Sussex, Surrey, Hants and London and would would welcome new customers for all of these areas. Hi Rebecca. Thank you for the welcome. If I can give any advice it would be as follows:- Try to find a carpet cleaner who has been established for a while. Many come and go in my business and the good ones tend to be the ones who have been around for a long time. I would be wary of cold callers having heard many bad stories. Be wary of anybody promising to remove ALL stains from your carpets. Like many other trades, if the price appears to be to good to be true, it probably is. I get most of my work through recommendation and if a customer asks me for a previous customers review I am more than happy to give the name and contact details of a previously satisfied customer whom they can contact (of course that's with the persons permission).
