DO NOT USE. I hired Vamoose cleaning service to deep clean a two bedroom flat. It was noted that a deep clean was needed as the property had been neglected. Prior to arrival Vamoose were informed that neither bedroom was to be cleaned leaving a hall, kitchen, living room and kitchen. The text asking if this would change the agreed price was not answered. On arrival the operative looked around the property and no renegotiation of terms was discussed. The cleaning team were in the property for approximately 4-5 hours. It was evident that they had a further booking in the afternoon. Despite a resident being at the property they did not ask for there to be a check of their work, neither did they mention that they had broken a statue and the door of a tumble dryer. On inspection there were a number of areas that had not been cleaned and photos of this were sent via text. No response was received in regard to this. No response was given about the breakages.

Thank you for the messages.
In light of the messages you sent dated Friday 9th July, and the most recent matter in relation to the Tumble Drier 6 days after the clean. Vamoose position remains the same.
That being said, we will not take responsibility. Given that, on completion of the clean, the property was approved by your representative. All and any issues related to the clean and/or damage would have been needed be to identified and addressed at that point in time.
It is unfortunate that despite being satisfied with the overall clean, you now intend to write an unsatisfactory review. However we do appreciate all customer feedback and this matter is now closed.
