After booking my border terrier in to be hand stripped, my husband dropped him off at 10am and said he is booked in to be hand stripped as short as possible they didn't take a contact number and said he will be ready for 1pm. He picked him up at 1pm and was shocked but paid and waited for my reaction, I was shocked and upset and rang the shop straight away and explained why. The owner said she started to strip him but not much was coming off so clipped him instead! Without contacting us first which is very unprofessional, she apologied and said he could be hand stripped in 3 months free of charge, which probably will not be possible now. I am a hairdresser myself so I could of clipped him better. Needless to say I will not be returning and think i should of had a refund.
