My tracked parcel has been at this mail centre for the past five days awaiting delivery, this is unacceptable for a service that says "next day delivery", that's what we pay for, that's what we expect!

I regularly receive my medication via Pharmacy2u which is delivered by Royal Mail 24H which is supposed to be a First class service, however there seems to be an anomaly where on tracking my deliveries they arrive at Nottingham MC but then take 3-4 days to be transferred to Beeston DO which seems incredulous to me because they are both in the same building on Padge Road. This occurs quite frequently , i would like an explanation as certain parcels contain time/temperature injections which need to be kept refrigerated.

normally brilliant ,sorry have to complain, i stay on Tattershall drive, and letter's are del.to the flat's we stay in blocks of 4 just lately post is del to wrong addresses, some confidential and when we rec.it its been opened,. the prev. postman was on the ball no complaint,. maybe the guy now can't see very well,. so sorry again but abit upsetting to us oap's,
