As traditional talk therapy isn't for everyone, we provide a variety of alternative methods to foster meaningful connections. Our sensory based and psycho -drama oriented resources help clients feel understood and valued. We aim to create a calming, affirming, and confidential space where clients can explore their unique abilities and differences.
