Scammer. Never returned my deposit and did not protect it under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. I am an American who came to study in the UK. Linton took advantage and still has the audacity to not respond to my emails... one year later no reply. I paid upfront security, holding fee and Sept 2022 rent. I arrived late on September 19th only to find out that Linton had been living in my apartment since September 1st. It was disgusting, oven/fridge was filthy, stains on all the furniture, crumbs, and stains on mattress. The apartment was a mess upon my arrival into a new country... how would you feel?
Be very very careful and cautious do not part with any money until you see the apartment in person.

Honestly the whole place is a joke, false advertisement, the place is never cleaned and smells really really bad, the desk do not help at all, they say there going to do repairs and don’t. Please do not rent at this place it is nothing like advertised , there are none of the facilities as advertised it is just flats in a Dark old building that smells horrendously. Constantly also smells of weed and they charge 1300 a month ?? Joke
