I have been renting with Naz for 3 years now. When I first moved here I was a newly single mum that needed to find a place asap, Naz helped me more than she probably realises! She was understanding & so helpful & I really appreciate it. I don’t want to leave any time soon due to having a great landlord & management but when it’s time to upsize I hope to stay with Naz!! 10/10 and better than your typical high street branch!

This is our first time renting in quite some time and Naz found us a house in the area we wanted, a few minutes walk from our son’s school and handled the process very smoothly. Naz was happy to liaise with the council on our behalf to arrange deposit payment and kept us up to date the whole time. Naz ensured the property was painted, cleaned and had new carpets before we moved in and was happy to accommodate us with virtual viewings due to COVID-19. We have found Naz to be very reliable with excellent communication and would not hesitate to recommend her services to others. Naz has long-standing landlords and tenants which is clearly a testament to the excellent service she provides. We are looking forward to many happy years in our new house, thank you Naz.

This is my second rental property with Naz and a landlord she works with. I've always found naz to promptly deal with any problems or repairs. She has always been a pleasure to be a tenant for.
I wouldn't go back to any other letting agent that's for sure! Once again thank you for helping me get moved. I would recommend naz very highly.

I have moved 200 miles from the house I have sold through Licence Property Services. Work on the house was necessary to maximise the sale price, and this was project managed well by LPS in my absence.
I was updated thoughout the sale and the price met my expectations. An excellent service all round.

This is the first time I have rented out a property & I was quite nervous going into the process. Honestly couldn?t ask for a better service,,

Good, reliable and honestey provided from LCP and couldn?t fault a single thing!!!

Licence Property Services work with the Council and provides private rented accommodation at rent levels affordable for the clients we engage with and are willing to accept clients in receipt of housing benefit.
The proprietor is familiar with current housing / tenancy legislation and attends information sharing landlord forums organised by the Council.

I have used this company for 3 years now, and have had no issues what so ever, normally it?s the Customer chasing the agent but not with this company they are very reliable and always at the end of the phone as and when I need, and have always solved issues with my tenants so would highly recommmend.

I have had many bad experiences from renting for over 20 years but License Property Services have not added to the list. In fact I have received great service over the last 21 months. We have had a few small issues as you woukd expect with a rental property. All these problems have been dealt with quickly and with the minimum amount of fuss. The worst was when the boiler broke and this was addressed and fixed the same day. Honestly couldn't be happier.

In a world where money seems to be all that matters, this woman delivers a service that is second to none, from our first phone call to my departure she has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and she genuinely cares about her tenants, forget 5/5 this lady is 10/10 in my book.
