Most House Clearance companies will simply price up and charge by volume. Once they have taken away the contents of the property and you have paid them, they will then sell the contents. This means they effectively get paid twice for the same job!
Lancashire House Clearance will price up by volume, then we will attach a cash value to as much as we can in the property.
We add up the value of the contents and deduct the total from the cost of the clearance.
In other words, we try to get the contents of the house clearance to pay for as much of the cost as possible. In some cases the value of the contents can be greater than the cost of the clearance.
When the contents value is greater than the cost, Lancashire House Clearance Ltd will pay you the difference.

I was happy with the price and it was nice to have a bit more knocked off. Shaun asked when I wanted the flat clearing and he advised me to get another couple of quotes to be sure I was getting the best price but I had no time to do that . I needed it done as soon as possible.
I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could do it immediately and it would take an hour or two.
So the job was done right away.
