Our baby girl was born using all the techniques we learned with Elizabeth at www.hypnobirthing-classes.com. We had a student midwife at our birth and she said she had never witnessed anything like it. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed giving birth and I never thought I would be able to say that. Elizabeth is so kind and caring and she is very knowledgeable. I am a horse rider and my midwife had said that I may have a difficult labour due to strong muscles. Elizabeth researched this and gave me additional tips and exercises to practice while I was pregnant. I cannot thank her enough. The birth of our baby girl in all was around three hours labour. We had practised meditations with Elizabeth and had taken the hypnobirthing course with her. Even though this was my second pregnancy we learned things that we had no idea about with the birth of our son. Our hypnobirthing birth was amazing and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Our baby was born in a gentle calm way and it definitely seems to have helped. She sleeps through easily and is a very contented baby.
