they surpplied new kitchen including all appliances but after 6 months the zanussi washer dryer developed a fault. When i contacted them they said nothing to do with us you need to speak to manufacture which I know is wrong as my contract is with them but to save time i did and a repair was carried out. 6 monthes latter same fault plus a different one tried to phone Howdns but now not even returning my calls. awful customer service with a do not care attitude.
