Extremely rude staff in the pet section. Been buying dog food for over 3 and half years no issues. Suddenly they realised that we are retail and need special pet account. Could have explained everything nicely not make a public argument.
Was talking over the phone with my customer when batleys staff was really desperate for an argument and continued shouting although been asked to wait for the phone call to end.
They claimed that I was lying that we were bying the pet food for such a long time! I can provide all invoices and receipts.
Made a massive scene in front of other customers chased me out the door till outside and was trying to accuse of something over 1 bag of dog food!
Absolutely ridiculous. This place should be ashamed with all the staff and poor management.
As a business owner i am appaled by the way you treat your loyal customers and will avoid this place and will tell everyone i know to do so.
The previous manager and staff were so much better, once relocation happened everything going downhill and i am not the only one who was rudely spoken to in absolute pathetic manner.
