I started a business with a friend over 10 years ago, she messaged me yesterday saying that we no longer work together with no notice and no business payout. The short answer is I don't know, but I assume your have a legal agreement in place from when you set up the partnership, as I believe if you dissolve if the assets and debts are split equally. I would contact a solicitor for some free advice, as most will give you a free phone consultation, then go from there. Best of luck.
