On the back of a record-breaking month for energy switches, consumer association Which? surveyed over 8,000 energy customers to reveal the energy suppliers that are the easiest - and hardest - to switch away from.
The energy suppliers that made it easiest to switch away from were Sainsbury's Energy and SSE. 92% of respondents rated their switch from them as easy or very easy. Arranging a switch from British Gas to First Utility was rated the easiest switch overall, with 97% saying their switch was easy or very easy.
