This is customer relationship management the easy way. It's so easy to create customer records, store the information you need to record, and access it again later. You can search by company name or customer first/last name, or you can search by any part of the address or the post code. You can even search by phone number or email address. You can also search by any word in any customer history entry stored with the customer eg you can search for the word "tree" and it would find all customer records with quotes and invoices, notes etc that contain the word tree. And if you know the Id of a quote or invoice, for example, you can just enter the Id and it will retrieve the corresponding customer record.
You can drag and drop emails from Outlook straight into Amphis Customer. You don't even need to find the customer record first. Just drag the email onto the Amphis Customer main form and it will automatically find the corresponding customer record, add the email to the customer history and display the customer record. Sending a reply couldn't be easier, you can create templates for any standard emails that you send so you just need to select a template and click Reply and the whole email is created for you. Of course you can also create an email or a reply from scratch. Emails you send from within Amphis Customer are stored along with the customer record.
You can create custom fields to store information specific to your business and store them on a custom page. There are many built-in reports and you can also create custom reports to produce the information your business needs.
