We specialise in gas boiler repairs and have a charging structure which is customer friendly and leaves you knowing exactly what anything is likely to cost you.

How do we do this?  Simple, we have a fixed price diagnostic fee regardless of how long it takes.  No inadequate youth spending hours in front of your boiler when he obviously does not have a clue and costing you £50, £60, £70 or even more per hour for an ever increasing number of hours.

We always quote the diagnostic fee when you contact us.  It starts at £84 in most of W & NW London and is usually £94 in central or south London.

Its important that we are given clear details of the fault symptoms and the make and model of boiler before we come so that we can bring likely parts with us.  In that case we do not charge any more if we have to make a return visit with other parts.

Once you have paid the diagnostic fee we advise you what the problem is and then its up to you how to proceed.  Simple adjustments or fixes are included in the fee.  Then you can fix it yourself, call someone else, or as most do, get us to fix it.  Normally its only the cost of the parts required but we always give you a clear indication of the cost.

In the unlikely event the we could not identify the fault then there is a No-fix No-fee policy.  But be aware we expect to solve all faults.  Just because British Gas cannot find a fault that does not mean that we cannot!  Let us do it or you as its more satisfying when someone else has failed.  Similarly just because someone tells you parts are obsolete that does not mean we cannot get them or in some cases have then in stock.

We can repair any normal boiler including most rare or obsolete types.  Just to mention a ew names, Alpha, Biasi, Chaufoteaux, Delta, Evanox, Ferolli, Gem, Halstead, Ideal, Vaillant, Worcester, Trisave, Sine 18 T3,  etc.

In addition to repairs we can do Gas Certificates from £65 but at a reduced price of £35 when done at the same time as a repair.  Its also £35 for additional certificates in the same building as where there are three flats.

Just call us, text or email.  If its urgent call the mobile number and repeat your call rather than leaving a voice message as these are not always heard very quickly but texts are usually seen very immediately.

In breakdown cases we always try to attend the same day whenever possible and when given full details we can repair over 90% of boilers the same day.
