I can't express how awesome and professional these guys were today. They showed up when they were scheduled to and got to work explaining to me what the plan was and what was to be expected. Most of our stuff was boxed, but they wrapped all of the furniture in boxes and/or cellophane and made sure the stuff was safe and sound. Overall it was a well done job!

Movers were very nice, speedy and took care of my belonging and there was no breakage or damage. Their manager provided excellent service an gave the option of a set price or hourly service. I also had my apartment cleaned and they did a fantastic job... all my 15 year old appliances looked brand new again. These guys removed so much of the stress of moving. Thank you guys!

Have used this service before and not been disappointed. The guys are really nice guys - polite, hard-working, friendly. They got the garage done so quickly, we just moved from room to room and finished all the little things that had been driving me bananas. Highly recommend these mates.

I have never been so relieved to have a pack of these guys by my side when I'm moving (or rather, watching others do my moving heh). I have used this company twice now and both times I was moved in less than half the time I expected!

So I decided to look on here and found Big Ben Best Man And Van London. Did some calls, and BOOM, next day they would pick it up. Next day comes and they sent one of their guys to pick up the bed for it to be recycled. He was super nice and helpful, it took about 5 min. This is an excellent service, and if you ever need to get rid of furniture or move, call these guys, they are serious pros!

This is the second time we've hired this company, and I would hire them a third time again in a second if I didn't just move out of London. Sean and Jess showed up exactly on time and got done packing a 26-foot (!!!) moving truck in two hours. TWO HOURS, you guys. Seriously. They were unnervingly friendly, seemed to be happy working (my dad made a Spinal Tap joke at one point and they ran with it for 20 minutes, they actually had us laughing too hard to lift boxes at one point) and basically made what I feared was going to be a nightmare of a day almost effortless.

I have moved several times over the last few years and have had good and bad luck with movers. I would sometimes have a great mover then the next time it would be a horrible experience where the staff was inconsistent. Big Ben Best Man And Van London is different, they are all well trained. I used them after seeing the phenomenal job they did at my friend's place a couple months ago. They are consistent and insisted on doing everything the right way and they knew the right way to do it all. They were also super fast and accommodating in a very stressful situation when the loading dock at my building was locked, and the elevator was not ready when they arrived and they had to go around the whole building. Prompt and well trained. They actually exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend for their great service and consistency and price!

Really understanding when we had to move our move date 4 times. I was skeptical at first that they didn't come out to our rental to check out the items we had for the move unlike the other movers I interviewed but it worked out well. I would recommend if you have a bigger home to have them come out to do an assessment but if you are like me, moving from a 900 Sq ft to a 1800 Sq ft home, it was no problem.
