Really excellent managed service company. I live in one of their blocks currently. We had an oven door explode (random) and they were out and replaced the oven the next morning. I've just had to leave them a message now about a small issue but I know that they'll sort it without needing to call me back and ask me idiotic questions. Louisa is lovely too and even called me whilst she was away on holidays to help with something, personal touch!
