Llandudno General Hospital

very poor switchboard service 10.50 22/10. I queried apt. overdue for endoscopy dept. no answer from that dept. Operator kept patching me back to no answer instead of helping me to contact relevant help. Waited a good few minutes before hanging up. I was told I would receive a letter within a month of my investigation in May - I queried in June with my GP who told me I would hear from endoscopy dept. Trying to follow up as now near 5 months wait.
