I've just waited in all day for this guy to turn up for the second time in a fortnight, and both times he's completely failed to turn up, with no explanation. Disappointing after I specifically asked whether he was definitely going to turn up, else I'd get someone else to do the job - and now I'm left with no time to get work done before holiday.
