1st May 2012 Extremely disappointing, do not touch this company with a barge pole! Total lack of communication, the owner Sharryn is full of advice on the phone, but never follows up with invoices, e mails or meetings. She promises a lot but fails to deliver. Eager to take deposit but doesn't want to follow up. If it wasn't for us chasing her she would never have got in touch. Still now we are waiting for her to call!

Response from CRUMBZ WEDDING-PARTY-FUNERAL CATERING: This lady, Natasha Francis did book with us and paid a deposit of £30.00, We had lots telephone contact and then heard nothing from Natasha, Natasha was sent invoice and was told the function has to be paid in full 4-6weeks before the function, which is company policy. she then called the Tuesday before her function and said she wanted to pay final invoice. We explained that she had been late and explained further that this invoice was due 4-6 weeks ago. We went out of our way to try and get her rebooked in and phoned Natasha back and said because of the lateness of the booking we would maybe not be able to get back her required date. We did try to call back and got no reply.We have had no further emails or calls back from Mrs Francis.

23rd August 2010 I have experienced first hand Crumbz catering and they are both professional and efficient and the variety food on offer for there catering was very wide. Very impressed.
