Absolutely useless, all I want is to make an appointment to speak to an advisor face to face, all I get is a robot giving me the wrong advice and charging me for the privilige of doing nothing whatsoever to help.
The 0300 number has a minimum waiting time of 35 minutes they say which is unacceptable, I am sick to death of being pushed from pillar to post and achieving nothing, why is it so difficult to speak to an actual human being with my paperwork so he/she can read it and explain in detail what is going on and what to do next.
