Meal Time is a family-owned and run business that has been making special events memorable since 1988. We are based in the heart of Bedfordshire and also cover a wide area including Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.

We cater for a variety of different events from small business lunches, canapé receptions & buffets to full sit down dinners and wedding breakfasts for up to 500 guests. So no matter how small or large your event, you can trust Meal Time to provide you with a friendly, personal service at all times.

We can customize a menu around your favourite foods, or even a special theme. For some inspiration please take a look at our sample menus throughout our website with buffets starting from as little as £5.50 per person, canapé receptions from £5.00 per person and hot meals from just £21.95 per person.

In addition to our catering services we have a wide range of catering equipment available to hire such as tables & chairs, crockery & cutlery, glassware, table linen and full mobile kitchens for all types of functions from a party in a village hall to a marquee wedding. A friendly and prompt delivery service is available throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire (subject to terms & conditions) We also have a ‘Wash Up’ service available so you can return all of your items dirty and hassle free.
